- Greek Chicken Burgers with Feta

Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
½ cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped sun-dried tomatoes 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil3 tsp.
chopped fresh oregano salt and pepper to taste
2 oz. crumbled feta cheese

Start by heating a grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the pan. Mix the chicken, bread crumbs, egg, lemon juice, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Mix well. Divide the chicken mix into 5 evenly sized patties. Divide the feta cheese between the 5 patties and place a portion of the feta cheese atop each patty. Fold the chicken patties around the cheese, so that the cheese is in the center.
Cook the patties on the grill pan for approx. 5-6 min. per side. Assemble the burgers with extra garnish of your own desire.
