Cilantro Chicken Burgers

  • Cilantro Chicken Burgers with Avocado

Ingredients: 

1 pound ground chicken 

½ cup chopped fresh cilantro 

1 tbsp. soy sauce 

1 tbsp. garlic powder 

1 tsp. lime juice 

1 tsp. ground ginger 

1 tbsp. ground black pepper cooking spray 

4 burger buns 

1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced ¼ cup ranch dressing

  • Let's Cook

 Start by mixing the ground chicken, cilantro, soy sauce, garlic powder, lime juice, ground ginger and ground black pepper together in a large bowl. Take the chicken mix and divide it into 4 evenly sized patties. Prepare a skillet with cooking spray and place it over medium heat. Cook the patties in the skillet until medium-rare, approx. 4-5 min. per side. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns with slices of avocado and 1 tbsp. ranch dressing.
